The Sporting Goods Industry Data Harmonization Organization (SGI-DHO) is the owner of the FEDAS Product Classification Key (PCK) for sporting goods. The copyright (c) is with SGI-DHO, Wölflistrasse 2, CH-3006 Bern (Switzerland). SGI-DHO alone is entitled to update it without advance notice. SGI-DHO offers the following membership options: | Gold member | may be give access to their affiliated members | | Silver member | may be give access to their affiliated members | | Bronze member | not transferable - one registration per legal entity | | 1-time download | One download - not transferable |
Gold + Silver members:
Gold + Silver members are allowed to give access to their affiliated members to the FEDAS Product Classification Key (PCK). They can install the PCK on larger systems or on third-party system equipment (secondary user) by specifically declaring the number of work stations on which the PCK is to be installed and naming secondary PCK users to be included to SGI-DHO.
The Gold + Silver members may entitle their users to install, or cause to be installed, a copy of the PCK and any updates at their location and that of declared secondary users for the number of personal computer work stations declared. Users of Gold + Silver Members oblige secondary users to adhere to the terms of the group license contract and guarantee their compliance with it. All rights to the PCK remain with SGI-DHO, in particular national and international copyright. Without written permission from SGI-DHO, the processing, reproduction, offering for sale, passing on or transmission of PCK beyond the user group declared by the Gold + Silver Members is expressly prohibited, regardless of the form taken or means used. Bronze members + 1-time download:
The user, by duty of association, is considered to be the owner of the device on which the PCK is loaded and the person who loads the PCK.
The user is entitled to install a copy of a downloaded PCK including updates on his personal computer for his own use. The Bronze member subscription + 1-time download is indivisible and non-transferable. Furthermore, all rights to the PCK remain with SGI-DHO, in particular national and international copyright. Without written permission from SGI-DHO, the processing, reproduction, offering for sale, passing on or transmission of the PCK is expressly prohibited, regardless of the form taken or means used.
